2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No cancellation fees apply
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period
- Automatic renewal will be disabled upon cancellation
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing service access
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Service not delivered as described
- Billing errors on our part
4. Refund Timeframes
Subscription Services:
- Refund requests within 7 days of purchase: Full refund
- Refund requests within 30 days of purchase: Pro-rated refund
- Refund requests after 30 days: Case-by-case basis
Credit Packages:
- Unused credits: Full refund within 7 days
- Partially used credits: Pro-rated refund within 30 days
- Fully used credits: No refund
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services already consumed or delivered
- Personalized readings and consultations
- Downloaded content or reports
- Services used beyond the refund period
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
7. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Net Banking: 3-7 business days
- UPI: 1-3 business days
- Wallets: 2-5 business days
8. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company, we will cooperate with the investigation. However, we reserve the right to suspend your account during the dispute process.
9. Service Interruptions
In case of extended service interruptions due to technical issues on our end, we may provide service credits or refunds at our discretion.
10. Changes to Policy
